About me
Daniel G. Guerra Jr. is an entrepreneur, community builder, and healthcare innovation advocate dedicated to strengthening Wisconsin’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
As Executive Director of 100State, Daniel leads one of Wisconsin’s premier communities for entrepreneurs, innovators, investors, and creatives.
He is focused on building meaningful connections between startups, established companies, universities, and public-sector leaders to accelerate innovation, foster collaboration, and create lasting economic impact across the state.
Daniel also leads the 100Health Initiative, a statewide effort to position Wisconsin as the nation’s premier destination for healthcare innovation.
The initiative brings together health systems, entrepreneurs, researchers, investors, and industry partners to advance new technologies, support high-growth health ventures, and improve patient outcomes through collaboration. In addition to his community leadership, Daniel serves as CEO of Altus, Inc., where he oversees a portfolio of organizations focused on continuing education, healthcare technology, workforce development, and professional learning.
Through Altus and its affiliated companies, he works to develop innovative educational platforms and strategic partnerships that help professionals, organizations, and industries adapt to a rapidly changing world. Beyond his executive roles, Daniel is an active advocate for entrepreneurship, healthcare advancement, and economic development, regularly collaborating with business leaders, educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, and government partners to create opportunities that benefit both Wisconsin and the communities they serve.
His work is guided by a simple philosophy: great communities are built by connecting great people with meaningful opportunities to learn, collaborate, and lead.
